Recycling and Garbage Pick-Up

If you are a current tenant click on the street address below to check your recycling schedule. Central ave. & Wolf street tenants are Zone C, Irwin street & Gunn street tenants are Zone F.

Insurance

Tenants must carry their own liability coverage and property insurance for the contents of the rented space.

All of pur buildings are insured with respect to liability and property damage. However, our property insurance does not cover the interior contents of the tenant's space. Therefore, our lease requires that all tenants agree to carry their own content and liability insurance for the duration of the tenancy.

24 Hour Emergency Maintenance

If the issue is urgent (eg. leaking pipe, non-working furnace) please phone us immediately at 519-670-6606 (Mike) 519-851-9193 (Bonnie)

Garbage Curb Service

Tenants are responsible for properly bagging trash, sorting recycling and placing it in the proper receptacles. Can and bins are provided. It is your responsability to have garbage and recycle to the curb in the morning on the day of pick up and to neatly return cans and recycle boxes after it has been picked up, Thank you.
